We renamed our Starter plan to Studio. If you’re a Starter customer, here is the entire migration guide: nothing changes. Same price, same subscription, same renewal date, same discounts, same entitlements. We renamed a label, not your contract — and the safety of that rename got the same treatment as everything else here: the migration shipped with idempotency tests, and our own AI reviewer blocked the wallet PRs until cross-user access holes were closed.
So why bother? Because “Starter” had become a lie in the modest direction. It named the plan for the moment you sign up, not for what’s inside it — and what’s inside it stopped being a starter kit a long time ago.

The plan where the AI is our problem
The defining difference from Vibe: on Studio, QualityMax hosts the AI. You don’t bring Claude Code, Codex, or an API key. Your 3,000 monthly hosted-AI credits cover one shared scope across everything the platform does with a model: crawling your app, generating tests, planning, self-healing broken tests, and the LLM-backed PR review gates. One wallet, one balance, atomic accounting — the same credit-wallet system we just spent 60 PRs hardening.
Around that sit the working allowances: 25 projects, 5,000 cloud sandbox minutes a month with up to 20 tests in parallel, quality gates on every deploy, and a full coverage map.
